From download to your first sale in about 15 minutes. No coding — the built-in setup wizard does the heavy lifting.
You need standard cPanel web hosting with PHP 8+ and MySQL, plus the download link and license key we emailed you. Most Ghanaian hosting plans qualify.
In cPanel → MySQL® Databases: create a database, create a user, and add the user to the database with All Privileges. Note the database name, username, and password.
In cPanel → File Manager, go to your domain folder (usually public_html), upload the MyPayAid zip, and Extract it there.
Open your website in a browser. MyPayAid automatically shows the Setup Wizard. It checks your server, then asks for the database details from step 1.
Type your business name and currency, then create your admin login (your name, email, password). MyPayAid builds all the tables and your account.
Sign in, open VIP / Subscription, and paste the license key we emailed you. That unlocks your plan.
Add a few products (or use Smart Import on VIP), then open Point of Sale and ring up your first sale. 🎉
